Returns and Refunds

The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer must be carried out as described below. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the products to the Customer or to a third party. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact Customer Service or follow the online procedure and obtain the return code. Once the return code has been received, the Customer will book the collection by contacting GLS or DHL and must affix the pre-printed return label on the package.

For the return to be accepted by LIA NUMA, the products must be returned within the peremptory term of 14 days from the date on which the Customer communicated to LIA NUMA that he wishes to withdraw from the purchase by sending the return form through the online procedure. o with the explicit notice of withdrawal made to the Customer Service in order to obtain the return code, and in compliance with all the following conditions: 1. The products must be returned complete with all the original packaging (boxes, accessories, tags, protections, etc.); 2. The products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt; 3. The products returned by the Customer must not have been damaged, used, worn, washed, but may have been handled and inspected to establish their nature and characteristics. 4. The identification tag and the security tag must still be attached to the products; 5. The damaged products object of the return must be returned as received by the Customer, without the same subjecting them to modifications, manipulations or repair attempts.

LIA NUMA reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that are damaged, incomplete, deteriorated and / or dirty or in any state that unequivocally suggests that the products have been used or that have been returned after the peremptory term indicated above or without the return form. LIA NUMA also reserves the right to request compensation for any damage that can be attributed to the negligent or willful conduct of the Customer when returning the products. LIA NUMA is not responsible in case of loss or theft of products returned to it not attributable to it, as well as in case of return to an incorrect address, or of delays in the delivery of products returned to it not attributable, it being understood that the Customer assumes all risk of that shipment. Furthermore, the proof of the return of the products remains the responsibility of the Customer.

In the event of withdrawal, all payments made in favor of LIA NUMA will be reimbursed to the Customer, according to the payment method chosen for the purchase, in relation to the product for which the withdrawal was exercised, (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the possible choice of the types of special delivery described in art.5 above). LIA NUMA reimburses these payments when it receives the returned product or when the Customer proves that he has correctly returned the returned product to LIA NUMA. The refund is made, by crediting, to the customer's current account corresponding to the credit card used by the customer for payment or via PayPal service. This refund does not involve any cost for the Customer.
